Course Description
Manicuring (400 hour course)
Full time students complete the course in approximately 10 weeks. Part time students complete the course in 4 to 5 months.
Manicuring covers all technical and practical subjects of nail care. Following the criteria set forth by the California State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology.
Our curriculum includes areas such as:
- Water Manicures
- Paraffin Manicures
- Hot Oil Manicures
- Water Pedicures
- Spa Pedicures
- State board Preparation
Artificial Nail Application such as:
- Acrylic Nails
- Gel Nails
- French Acrylic Nails
- Nail Tips
- Nail Repair
All graduates will be certified to take the California State Board Examination for Manicuring. Upon successful completion of the exam, you will receive a license to practice Manicuring.
